Razorcaps
Razorcaps’ broadheads are a laser welded, ultra sharp, cutlery-grade stainless steel, cut-on-contact head. These unique broadheads provide field-point accuracy even at high speeds. Razorcaps super thick .04” stainless blades are one of the easiest replacement systems in the industry. They are the only cut-on-contact replaceable blade unit on the market today. They have a unique weight adaptable ferrule system that allows the hunter to change head weights. Ferrules come in five grain sizes providing five different weighted heads from 100 to 200 grains in 25 grain increments. This enables the archer to select the optimum weight combination depending on arrow spine, balance and the game that will be hunted. The cutting surface of the Razorcaps is over six inches in length with a 1-1/8” cutting diameter.

  1. Resharpening
The Razorcaps can be resharpened, but practice is required to get a really sharp edge. The Razorcap is made from premium stainless steel that holds its edge much longer than other heads, but also means that it takes longer to resharpen. It’s important that when you’re finished, that the head can shave hair. Remember, if possible, hunt with brand new heads - they will always be the very sharpest.
  2. Which ferrule do I need?
Here is a chart to help you select the proper ferrule for your needs:

    1) 30 Grain Ferrule = 100 grain broadhead
    2) 55 Grain Ferrule = 125 grain broadhead
    3) 80 Grain Ferrule = 150 grain broadhead
    4) 105 Grain Ferrule = 175 grain broadhead
    5) 130 Grain Ferrule = 200 grain broadhead

"We just came back from a hog hunt and I wanted to let you know that Razorcap broadhead passed thru a monster hog like it was warm butter. Hogs are tough to kill but my Razorcap is tougher!"
